Italian-Hudson Valley cooking. Burrata, heirloom tomatoes, dry-aged short rib.
About this vendor
Brava started as a trattoria in Cold Spring and has been cooking for Hudson Valley weddings for 14 years. We haven't changed much. We still source from the same four farms we started with. We still make our pasta by hand. We still think the best wedding food tastes like a really good dinner at someone's house, not a banquet.
Our team of twelve handles events from 40 to 300 guests. We do cocktail hour, plated dinner, family-style, or grazing — and we're opinionated about which format suits your venue and guest count.

What couples are saying
The dessert spread brought me back twice. Brava's food is the kind that makes guests linger at the table. The short rib was extraordinary. People are still talking about the burrata station.
